GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This is a rule development workshop on the proposed new Rule 14-10.025, F.A.C., Wall Murals. Rule 14-10.025, F.A.C., is being adopted to implement provisions of Section 479.156, Florida Statutes, regulating wall murals as defined in Section 479.01(27), Florida Statutes. A new application form is incorporated by reference. A rule development workshop was requested to discuss the proposed new rule.
