NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on October 25, 2007, the Board of Medicine received a petition filed on behalf of Gerald Pierre, M.D., seeking a waiver or variance from subsection 64B8-2.001(2), F.A.C., with regard to the requirement for the passing score on the FLEX examination to be obtained in one administration of the examination.
