    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The adoption of proposed interim rules to include a balanced regulatory approach for protecting the public interest against excessive stress on the water resources of an area of Central Florida referred to as the Central Florida Coordination Area, providing for allocations of available groundwater and expeditious development of supplemental water supply projects to avoid the adverse effects of competition as well as harm to the water resources. The public hearing on October 30, 2007, was continued to November 26, 2007, to allow for consideration of any changes to the proposed rules in response to comments from the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee or other persons.
