GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Probable Cause Panel will meet to conduct hearings on disciplinary matters. These meetings are closed to the public; however, there may be cases where probable cause was previously found which are to be reconsidered. This is a public meeting. The Board will meet to discuss Long Range Planning issues; this is a public meeting and will also be available by conference call. The Board will meet to consider enforcement proceedings including consideration of investigation officers’ reports and other general business. This is a public meeting.
