    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This meeting is being held to afford interested persons the opportunity to express their views and provide input regarding the 1915(c) waiver and the program design for Florida Senior Care. Section 409.912(5), Florida Statutes, provides authorization for the Agency for Health Care Administration, in partnership with the Department of Elder Affairs, to implement an integrated, fixed-payment delivery program for Medicaid beneficiaries who are 60 years of age or older or dually eligible for Medicare and Medicaid. The primary purpose of this meeting is to present each of the program design changes necessitated by Section 409.912(5), Florida Statutes. An overview of the program will be provided as well as an opportunity for public comment on the 1915(c) waiver amendment, on a first come - first serve basis.
