    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This virtual public hearing is conducted to afford affected property and business owners, interested persons and organizations the opportunity to provide comments to FDOT regarding the proposed median changes to 66th Street (SR 693) between Pasadena Avenue and 58th Avenue North, FPNs: 254677-2 and 437643-1, Pinellas County. The existing medians will be modified at the following locations: 1) 4th Avenue; 2) Dartmouth Avenue; 3) 8th Avenue; 4) 10th Avenue; 5) Pinellas County Government Center/TJ Maxx; 6) Crosswinds Center; 7) Tyrone Corners; 8) 31st Terrace North; 9) 34th Avenue; 10) IHOP Restaurant/West Coast Radiology Complex; 11) St. Petersburg General Hospital; 12) 40th & 41st Avenues North; 13) 42nd & 43rd Avenues North; 14) K-Mart Driveway/Harbor Freight Tools Plaza; 15) Plaza 66 Driveway; 16) 48th Avenue North/CR 16 & 49th Avenue North; 17) 50th Avenue North; 18) 51st Avenue North; 19) Planet Fitness and State Farm Insurance Driveways; 20) 55th Avenue North; 21) 56th Avenue North; and 22) 58th Avenue North.

    This VPH is held pursuant to Chapters 120, 335.18, and 335.199, Florida Statutes. FDOT, District Seven, will receive verbal and written comments online and at each VPH viewing location. Written comments not received at the hearing can be emailed to: ping.hsu@dot.state.fl.us or mailed to Peter Hsu, P.E., Project Manager, FDOT, District Seven, 11201 N. McKinley Drive, MS 7-1300, Tampa, FL 33612. All comments must be emailed or postmarked by December 20, 2016 to become part of the official VPH record. Participation via webinar is also considered part of the official VPH record.
