NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Agency for Health Care Administration received a petition for declaratory statement from DentaQuest on November 17, 2016. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Section 409.906, Florida Statutes as it applies to the petitioner.

The petition seeks the Agency’s opinion as to whether portable dental equipment is a mobile dental unit.
