NOTICE OF CHANGE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 40, No. 201, October 15, 2014, issue of the Florida Administrative Register and are in response to written comments submitted by the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee staff:

(1) through (8) No change.

(9) A fee of $95.00 $100.00 shall be paid to remove a license from delinquent status.

(10) through (11) No change.
