    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Florida Real Estate Commission has received the petition for declaratory statement from Scott H. Jackman, Esq. The petition seeks the agencys opinion as to the applicability of Section 475.25(1)(r), Florida Statutes, as it applies to the petitioner.

    The petition seeks the Commission’s opinion on whether an automatic renewal provision in a real estate listing agreement would violate subsection 475.25(r), F.S. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
