NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 13, 2009, the Department of Health, received a petition for Variance from sub-subparagraph 64E-11.006(5)(b)7.f., Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), from Advent Parrish Day School (Episcopal Church of the Advent), 815 Piedmont Dr., Tallahassee, Florida 32312.
