- NOTICE OF CHANGENotice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 35 No. 38, September 25, 2009 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly.
The correction amends the publication date of the Notice of Proposed Rule Development from March 27, 2009, to March 20, 2009. The foregoing change does not affect the substance of the Notice.
