    DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

The State Revolving Fund Program announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

    DATE AND TIME: February 12, 2014, 2:00 p.m. 4:00 p.m.

PLACE: The Bob Martinez Center, Room 535, 2600 Blair Stone Road, Tallahassee, Florida

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Beginning at 2:00 p.m. and continuing until not later than 3:00 p.m., the Department will hold a public meeting to discuss the issues and recommendations for management of the Fiscal Year (FY) 2014 CWSRF priority list of projects to be funded with loans under Chapter 62-503, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.). Immediately thereafter and until not later than 4:00 p.m. a public meeting will be held to discuss the issues and recommendations for management of the FY 2014 Small Community Wastewater Facilities Grants priority list of projects to be funded under Ch. 62-505, F.A.C. Funds for loans which remain unobligated after the Priority List initially adopted at the public meeting held on October 9, 2013 and expected to be available for loans include the Federal Clean Water Act appropriations, State matching funds, proceeds from the sale of bonds, interest income, loan repayments, fund balances carried forward from FY 2013, and fees. These funds may be used to finance wastewater, stormwater or non-point source preconstruction and/or construction projects through direct loans, under State Revolving Fund Rule, Chapter 62-503, F.A.C., to cover the administrative costs of the program, and to fund other water quality purposes within the Department. There are currently insufficient funds available for adding new projects to the Small Community Wastewater Facilities Grants priority list, but some projects which were previously listed may require adjustments. Prior to Department action at the meetings, all interested persons will have the opportunity to speak regarding these issues and any proposed actions. The Department may adopt, modify, or deny the proposed actions at the meetings. The documents for the meetings will be posted on the Department’s Notices web page at http://sharepoint.dep.state.fl.us/PublicNotices/default.aspx not later than January 30, 2014.
