NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 6, 2013, the Department of Environmental Protection, received a petition for variance or waiver from HAS Golden for the Florida Roof Recycling Materials Recovery Facility, Orange County, Florida. The Petitioner requests a waiver from paragraph 62-701.710(7)(a), F.A.C., which requires that owners and operators of waste processing facilities provide financial assurance in the amount of the closing cost estimate for the facility. Any interested person or other agency may submit written comments on the petition with 14 days after publication of this notice.
