GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Agency for Health Care Administration is requesting an amendment to the Medicaid State Plan for the Long-term Care Reimbursement Plan. The amendment updates provisions as authorized in the General Appropriation’s Act for State Fiscal Year 2019-2020 and makes technical and editorial changes. The effective date for this amendment will be October 1, 2019.
