Notice is hereby given that the Board of Medicine has received a Petition for Declaratory Statement on behalf of David John Rossi, P.A., on December 9, 2019. The Petitioner seeks a declaratory statement from the Board regarding whether it is within the Petitioner’s scope of practice, as a physician assistant, to write a Do Not Resuscitate (DNR) Order on a hospitalized inpatient who requests that designation. The Board will consider this petition at its meeting currently scheduled for February 7, 2020. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
