NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Florida Real Estate Commission has received the petition for declaratory statement from Jeffrey M. Fagan, Realtor, CRB, filed on December 4, 2019.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Rule 61J2-17.015, F.A.C., as it applies to the petitioner.

Rule 61J2-17.015 prohibits recruitment during classroom hours. Petitioner would like to conduct a “Meet the Manager” event outside of the classroom time which will allow students to ask questions and meet members of the Watson Realty Corp. management team. Petitioner seeks an opinion on whether the “Meet the Manager” event is prohibited by the cited rule. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
