NOTICE OF CORRECTION
Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 42 No. 203, October 18, 2016 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The Department of Elder Affairs, based upon the expertise and experience of its staff within the Office of Public and Professional Guardians, determined a Statement of Estimated Regulatory Costs (SERC) was not necessary for Rules 58M-2.001 and 58M-2.011, Florida Administrative Code, and the rules will not require ratification by the Legislature.
