LEGAL ANNOUNCEMENT OF UNSOLICITED PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT, MANAGEMENT, AND OPERATION OF MIAMI-DADE WEST KENDALL DISTRICT PARK
Miami-Dade County has received an unsolicited proposal for a Qualifying Project pursuant to Section 2-8.2.6 of the Miami-Dade County Code and Section 255.065 of the Florida Statutes to deliver the Development, Management, and Operation of Miami-Dade West Kendall District Park and will accept proposals for the same project through Request for Proposals No. 01435. Interested parties must access all solicitation documents and submit a proposal no later than January 17, 2020 at 6 PM (local time) through BidSync, which is the County’s electronic bidding system. This solicitation is subject to the “Cone of Silence” in accordance with Section 2-11.1(t) of the Miami-Dade County Code.
