NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, State of Florida, received a Petition for Declaratory Statement filed by Cecelia Crigler and Robert Eklund, In Re: Villa Le Grand Owners Association, Inc., Docket No. 2019060432, filed on December 2, 2019.
Petitioner requests a declaratory statement as to whether a unit owner bears the financial responsibility for producing official records, specifically email correspondence, and for the redaction, when necessary, of personal information of third-party members therein.
