Summary:
The first change proposed in this rule revision is the adoption of a learning gains calculation model for the FSAAs in English Language Arts and Mathematics. The second change proposed is the removal of the Algebra 2 end-of-course assessment from the list of statewide standardized assessments that are included in the school grades calculations. This change includes the removal of references to the previous versions of the alternate assessment and its achievement levels.
