NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, State of Florida has received the petition for declaratory statement from Petitioner, Linda W. Horton, DS 2013-114 on November 26, 2013. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of the Beverage Law and of the rules of the Division pursuant to Section 120.565, Florida Statues, as it applies to the petitioner.

The Petitioner is substantially effected due to proposing to commercially baking and selling cakes in Florida of which an alcoholic beverage is an ingredient.
