    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, State of Florida has received the petition for declaratory statement from Petitioner, Linda W. Horton, DS 2013-114 on November 26, 2013. The petition seeks the agencys opinion as to the applicability of the Beverage Law and of the rules of the Division pursuant to Section 120.565, Florida Statues, as it applies to the petitioner.
