NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco, has received a Petition for Declaratory Statement from UBER Promotions, Inc. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Sections 561.17(2), 561.18 and 562.45(2)(a), F.S., as they apply to the petitioner.

The Petitioner, UBER Promotions, Inc. would like to know if a caterer licensed through the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services will be eligible to receive a license to serve Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco without obtaining a duplicative license as a caterer from the Division of Hotels and Restaurants.
