NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 10, 2014, the Board of Chiropractic Medicine, received a petition for variance or waiver filed by National University of Health Sciences. The Petitioner is seeking a waiver or variance of paragraph 64B2-13.004(4)(a), Florida Administrative Code, which requires that for continuing education providers to receive Board approval, a continuing education course should be submitted for the Board’s approval prior to the date of the scheduled presentation.
