NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services has granted the petition for declaratory statement filed by Greg D. The Petitioner asked the Department to declare that, based on the facts presented by Petitioner the proposed business model for its call center operations Limited Liability Corporation, satisfies the requirements of Section 482.072, F.S., if structured and operated as described in its Petition. The Department determined the proposed business model set out by Home Services Marketing and Management, LLC, in its Petition for its call center operations Limited Liability Corporation, satisfies the requirements of Section 482.072, F.S., if structured and operated as described in its Petition. The final order was issued on December 12, 2019.
