64B1-4.001Acupuncture Program Requirements
NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 50 No. 209, October 24, 2024 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The change is in response to comments submitted by the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee. The rule shall now read as follows:
64B1-4.001 Acupuncture Program Requirements.
Applicants for licensure by examination must establish that he/she has met the following minimal requirements.
(1) through (3) No Change.
(4) Applicants for either licensure by examination licensure or by endorsement through national certification under s. 457.105(2)(c), F.S., through an active national certification in Oriental Medicine from the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM), must establish that he/she has met the following minimal requirements.
(a) through (c) No Change.
