NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 05, 2024, the Department of Children and Families, received a petition for a waiver of subparagraph 65C-46.011(8)(a)1., from Tikiia Hannah of Future Prep & Holistic Wellness seeking Florida Administrative Code, which requires executive directors hired after July 1, 1987 to have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and at least three years of experience in management or supervision.
