NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, State of Florida, has received the petition for declaratory statement from Robert J. Hynds, PL on behalf on Unit Owner Regis Sanson, In Re: Reflection Key Condominium Association, Inc., Docket No. 2015053832, filed on December 10, 2015.
