The Board of Opticianry hereby gives notice: of the issuance of an Order Granting Petition for Variance and Waiver, filed by Gabriela Bravo on November 18, 2024. The Notice of Petition for Waiver and Variance was published in Vol. 50, No. 226, in the November 19, 2024, Florida Administrative Register. The Board considered the Petition at a duly-noticed public meeting held on December 6, 2024, via video conference. The Board’s Order, filed on December 13, 2024, granted the petition. The Board found that the petitioner was in substantial compliance with the provision of Section 120.542, F.S. and Chapter 28-104, F.A.C. and voted to approve the petition for variance and waiver for subsection 64B12-16.008(3).
