  • Design Services for WFIT Broadcast Studio

    The Office of the University Architect at Florida Institute of Technology announces that Professional Design services are required for a new WFIT Broadcast and Recording Studio to be located on the Melbourne campus. Services are expected to include complete project design and construction administration services of approximately (5,000) gross square feet. The program consists of Offices, Sound Studios and related support areas for WFIT programming. Firms desiring to provide these services shall submit a letter of interest, which should have attached:

    1.             Summary of firm’s current work load and remaining associated fees.

    2.             Resumes of professional and technical staff.

    3.             Related experience, list up to ten projects of comparable type, size and complexity.

    4.             Proposed Project Team, list by name the key members of the proposed team to be assigned to this

    contract.

    5.             References.

    6.             Proof of professional liability insurance (minimum $1,000,000.00).

    7.             Copy of applicable Florida professional registration, including all consultants.

     This project is subject to pending funding approval.

    Submit four (4) copies of the above requested data, bound in the order listed above. Representative samples of related work may be submitted at the firm’s option. Applications, which do not comply with the above instructions, may be disqualified. Application information will not be returned.
