    The St. Johns River Water Management District announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

    PLACE: The Upper Basin of the St. Johns River. Meet at the Brevard County Government Center in the North East corner of the large parking area adjacent to Buildings B & C.

    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Invasive plant species management, other land management activities and District project works.

    DATE AND TIME: Thursday, January 7, 2010, 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Projects and Land Committee will review District water management/restoration projects, land management and land acquisition activities in the southern region of the St. Johns River Water Management District. The committee will also hold the District’s Southern Recreational public meeting at this time.

    PLACE: Tour in the Upper Basin of the St. Johns River. Meet at Thomas O. Lawton Recreation Pad. Head west on County Road 514 to dead end, then turn left into the Thomas O. Lawton Recreation Area parking lot.
