The Board of Psychology hereby gives notice that it has received a petition, filed on November 16, 2009, by Antonio Martinez-Monfort, Ph.D., seeking a variance or waiver of Rule 64B19-11.001, F.A.C., which requires that all applicants for licensure have a passing grade of 70% correct answers in the EPPP examination taken before October, 2000.
