The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) anticipates rebidding Section 8 Performance Based Contract Administration (PBCA). The Florida Housing Finance Corporation (Florida Housing) seeks a qualified organization to assist Florida Housing in applying to HUD to serve as the Section 8 Performance Based Contract Administrator for the State of Florida during the Application Phase.
Proposals shall be accepted until 2:00 p.m. (Eastern Time), Wednesday, January 6, 2010, to: Attention: Sherry Green, Contracts Administrator, Florida Housing Finance Corporation, 227 North Bronough Street, Suite 5000, Tallahassee, Florida 32301-1329.
