PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The proposed rule amendment seeks to delete unnecessary information from rule Title 60Y and clarify other phrases within the rule because it is not necessary to name a particular person as the Clerk of the Commission. The effect will be to eliminate all personal identifications within the rules.
SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: The proposed rule simplifies and clarifies the general information about the Florida Commission on Human Relations.

The original physically signed document shall be sent the same day by U.S. Mail. The party who elects to file a document by electronic transmission shall be responsible for any delay, disruption, or interruption of the electronic signals and must accept full risk that the document may not be properly filed with the Commission as a result. The filing date for an electronically transmitted document shall be the date the Commission receives the complete document.
