Additionally, the Department intends to propose amendments to Chapter 58A-6, Florida Administrative Code, deemed necessary to clarify, streamline, and in some cases delete entirely those portions of existing rule determined to be obsolete or wholly duplicative of Part II, Chapter 408, Florida Statutes; Part III, Chapter 429, Florida Statutes; and Chapter 59A-35, Florida Administrative Code.
