NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Department of Elder Affairs has received the petition for declaratory statement from Douglas D. Adkins, Director, Dayspring Village, Inc. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Section 429.41 as it applies to the petitioner.
Petitioner seeks clarification relating to certain fire safety standards requiring automatic sprinklers in state-licensed assisted living facilities.
