PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose and effect of the proposed new rule is to eliminate the need for a permit to take inactive (meaning with no birds or eggs) nests or parts of such nests of birds not listed as endangered or threatened.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: Subject areas covered in the proposed rule include authorization of take (remove, relocate, or destroy) consistent with FWC and Federal statutes and regulations regarding migratory birds.
