67-21.003Application and Selection Process for Developments

The Florida Housing Finance Corporation hereby gives notice: On December 14, 2018, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation issued an order granting waiver of paragraphs 67-21.003(8)(j) and 67-48.004(3)(j) for SP HK Apartments, LLC, permitting the reduction in the Development's set-aside percentage for both SAIL funding and Non-Competitive Housing Credits from 100% to 97% so that Petitioner will be able to continue renting two units to tenants with incomes over 60% AMI. Florida Housing determined that the Petitioner had demonstrated that it would suffer a substantial hardship if the waiver was not granted. The petition was filed on October 02, 2018 and notice of the receipt of petition was published on October 03, 2018 in Vol. 44, Number 193, F.A.R.
