NOTICE OF CORRECTION
Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 45 No. 221, November 13, 2019 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The corrections are as follows:
(1) The Purpose and Effect and Summary were incorrectly stated. The Purpose and Effect and Summary should have read:
PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The Board proposes the rule amendment to update language regarding reinstatement and relicensure.
SUMMARY: Language regarding reinstatement and relicensure will be updated.
(2) The referenced form is not being incorporated into the rule, therefore the placeholder where the form will be uploaded to the Department of State’s e-rulemaking website will be removed.
(3) The title of the referenced form should have read Application to Reinstate Null and Void Certification or Registration.
