Metropolitan Hospital of Miami emergency service exemption

The Agency for Health Care Administration received an application for an emergency service exemption from Metropolitan Hospital Of Miami located at 5959 NW 7th St, Miami, FL 33126 pursuant to Section 395.1041 (3), Florida Statutes and 59A-3.255, Florida Administrative Code.
