NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 40, No. 196, October 8, 2014 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The changes are in response to written comments submitted by the staff of the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee. The changes are as follows:
1. Subsection (7)(b) shall now read as follows:
(b) Holds a valid license as a certified public accountant and obtains verification from the National Association of State Board of Accountancy CredentialNet service that the individual meets the certificate requirements in s. 5 of the Uniform Accountancy Act, seventh edition, revised May 2014, which is incorporated herein and available at: https://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-______ or http://nasba.org/files/2014/05/ UAASeventhEdition includes2012CPEStandards-REVISED_051914.pdf.
