The Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services hereby gives notice:

On December 17, 2014, the Department issued an order. The Final Order Dismissing Petition for Waiver of paragraph 5F-11.048(1)(a), Florida Administrative Code, was issued in response to a Petition for Waiver from Sleegers Engineered Products Inc., filed October 10, 2014, and announced in Volume 40, Number 206 of the Florida Administrative Register. No comments were received in response to the Petition. The Final Order dismisses Petitioner for lack of standing. Petitioner is not subject to the rule from which it requests a waiver, nor is Petitioner otherwise currently subject to regulation by the Department.
