    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: District staff shall provide information regarding the proposed acquisition of the properties identified below. The proposed acquisition of these lands resulted from negotiations with willing sellers. The proposed present and future use of these lands will be utilized in the most effective manner to support the District’s core mission requirements, and to comply with other important state policy objectives. Public input and comment will be received.
