NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: on behalf of the Florida Department of Environmental Protection the Procurement Office is soliciting formal, competitive, sealed proposals from contractors for solicitation number 2017011c, Light Detection & Ranging (LIDAR) Assessment for the State of Florida.
