62B-33.024:Thirty-Year Erosion Projection Procedures
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 10, 2016, the Department of Environmental Protection received a petition for variance or waiver from Petitioner, JJS Properties, LLC. The petition requested a permanent variance/waiver from subparagraph 62B-33.024(2)(a)2, F.A.C, which sets forth a specific methodology to calculate the 30-year erosion projection for Petitioner’s property, and requests that the methodology set forth in subparagraph 62B-33.024(2)(a)3, F.A.C, be used instead. The property is located at 63 Land’s End Drive, Destin Pointe, Destin, Okaloosa County, Florida.
