NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 21, 2019, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Celebration PH Holdings LTD d/b/a Holiday Inn at 5711 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy, Kissimmee, FL. Petitioner seeks an amended variance of the requirements of ASME A17.3, Section 3.11.3, as adopted by 61C-5.001, Florida Administrative Code that requires upgrading the elevators with firefighters’ emergency operations which poses a significant economic/financial hardship.
