The South Florida Water Management District hereby gives notice: On December 12, 2024, the Petitioner, EIP IV Round Hammock, LLC, withdrew its Petition for Variance to substantially comply with and utilize the financial assurance forms incorporated in paragraphs 62-342.700(5)(b), (10)(b), (11)(b), and (12)(a), F.A.C., for Round Hammock Mitigation Bank, Application No. 231227-41811.
