    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 10, 2024, the Department of Environmental Protection, received a petition for variance from Sweetwater Community, Inc., Sweetwater Golf and Tennis Club Wastewater Treatment Facility. The petition was filed pursuant to Section 120.542, F.S., and requests a variance for operator staffing requirements from subsection 62-610.462(3), F.A.C., which requires operator staffing at this facility by a Class C or higher operator 6 hours per day for 7 days per week. The variance requests to continue the current reduced minimum operator staffing requirements from previous variance (OGC #16-0003 deemed complete March 16, 2016) to 3 hours per day for 5 days per week and 1 hour visits each weekend day. The facility is located on 4635 US Highway 17-92 West Polk County, Haines City, FL 33844. The petition has been assigned OGC #24-3077 and Permit No. FLA013082-010-DW3/MR.
