NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Building Commission has received the petition for declaratory statement from Lucy Yoon Park on behalf of LRK, Inc. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Section 233.3 of the 2012 Florida Accessibility Code and the Fair Housing Act as it applies to the petitioner.
Petitioner seeks clarification as to whether Section 233.3 of the 2012 Florida Accessibility Code applies to a multi-family facility that is privately funded and for rent based on Advisory 233.1 of the 2012 Florida Accessibility Code.
