    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 06, 2018, the Board of Optometry, received a petition for variance or waiver filed by Krystle Knoepffler on the behalf of NSU College of Optometry, from subsection 64B13-5.002(4), F.A.C., regarding the requirement that a continuing education program must be approved by the Board as transcript quality prior to the time it is taken. The Board will consider this petition at its meeting currently scheduled for February 8, 2019.
