Marketing Email Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)
The Florida Department of Financial Services (Department) is issuing this Invitation to Bid (ITB) to establish a contract for Marketing Email Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).

Response Due Date: On or prior to 3:00 p.m. ET, Wednesday, January 23, 2019, to the Procurement Officer identified, to the following office location:
Department of Financial Services, 200 East Gaines Street, Larson Building, Room 146, Purchasing Services, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-0347.
The Department reserves the right to issue amendments, addenda, and changes to the timeline and specifically to any public meeting identified within the solicitation. The Department will post notice of any changes regarding this solicitation or additional meetings within the Vendor Bid System (VBS) in accordance with subsection 287.042(3), Florida Statutes, and will not re-advertise the notice in the Florida Administrative Register (FAR).
